This course is essential for those working in Restaurants, Takeaways, Food Manufacturers, Hotels, Schools, Care Homes or anywhere that prepares food.

Upon successfully completing this course you will be awarded a certificate in Allergen Awareness for Food Handlers.

Conștientizarea alergenilor pentru lucrătorii alimentari

Scopul acestui curs este să vă furnizeze atât cunoștințe și o înțelegere a alimentelor care declanșează în mod obișnuit reacții alergice, cât și informațiile esențiale care trebuie să fie comunicate consumatorilor.

Acesta este un curs fundamental pentru cei care lucrează în restaurante, fast-food-uri, producători de alimente, hoteluri, școli, aziluri sau orice alte locuri unde se prepară hrană.

După completarea cu succes a cursului veți primi un certificat pentru Conștientizarea alergenilor pentru lucrători alimentari.

The aim of this course is to provide food handlers with the knowledge and understanding of food allergens to ensure the safety of consumers.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course you will:

  • Understand allergens and their potential dangers.
  • Know the difference between a food allergy and a food intolerance.
  • Be able to recognise the signs and symptoms of an allergy.
  • Recognise and respond to anaphylaxis.
  • Understand the definitions of pre-packed and non-prepacked foods.
  • Know correct labelling requirements.
  • Fully understand cross contamination control procedures.
  • Be able to work towards good practice protocols to keep consumers safe.
